We’re pleased to announce that True Potential Investments has partnered with Moneywise to sponsor the first edition of their Money Manual, a complete guide to money matters.
Written by Mark King and Laura Whitcombe, Editor and Deputy Editor of Moneywise, the 2015 Money Manual is designed to provide you with the information you need to keep your finances fit and reach your personal savings goals.
The guide offers unbiased, jargon-free advice that will help you at every stage of life: from opening your first savings account to buying a home, protecting your family and preparing for retirement. It’s the must-have guide for everyone in your family.
The Moneywise 2015 Money Manual will help you to:
- Clear your debts, budget effectively, build up a savings pot and start investing.
- Understand which banking products are right for you and your family – and which to ignore.
- Buy and sell property – whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving up or downsizing.
- Secure your family’s financial future with money-saving tips, cost-cutting ideas and help – whether they’re having a baby, getting married or looking to retire in 2015.
We’re delighted to have this opportunity to partner with Moneywise on their 2015 Money Manual. The guide will help people understand more about their personal finances and make informed choices about retirement, savings and investment
The 120-page Money Manual is on sale now for £6.99 at WHSmith and will be in several major supermarket retailers in the New Year. You can also buy a copy online by going to www.moneywise.co.uk/manual.
This sponsorship supports our Tackling the Savings Gap initiative. For over a year, we’ve been we’ve been asking UK consumers about their saving habits and highlighting the growing gap between what people expect from their retirement and how much they’re actually putting away. The statistics are startling. Our answer to the problem is financial education.
Alongside the Money Manual, you can also register for the first of our three, free personal finance online courses ‘Managing my Money’ available through the True Potential Centre for the Public Understanding of Finance, developed by the Open University. This is accessible from the OpenLearn and FutureLearn platforms. To date, over 15,000 students have registered for the course.
We believe that knowledge is power when it comes to managing your money – and now’s the time for everyone to take charge.
Your capital is at risk. Investments can fluctuate in value and investors may not get the amount back they initially invest. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Tax rules can change at any time.
